| Login into twitch
Go to permissions
You will see an invite option.
Add the twitch user account email of the twitch user you want to allow to stream directly to your channel.
This is not hosting, this is more direct
To remove the user, hover over their email below the invite box and select remove.
There is an option to allow hosting on twitch. But allow people to stream.
I am not sure how many twitch users you can invite as an Authorized Streamers or or hosts
